October 3rd, 2008 Dragn'fly @ Lovefest 2008 Once again I'll be riding / playing atop the "Pirates Booty" float at Lovefest, this Saturday, October 4th in San Francisco. We're float #24. Keep an eye out along the parade route and when you see us, just hop the barrier & walk/ride with us as we make our way toward the Civic Center. June 24th, 2008 This Weekend: SF Pride Kick-Off Event + Memories Campout! WOW! This past January 10th marked my debut appearance at Drift, San Francisco's most reknowned grrrl bar dedicated to electronic music. It was a most insane night with the over-packed house dancing their hearts out even after the lights came on at 2am. This Thursday, June 26, I'll be back to help kick in San Francisco's PRIDE festivities properly with a 2.5+ hour Thursday night set. And as insane as last January's night was, I expect this to be even more insane, so come ready to party until you drop! Click here for the flyer and all the night's info that comes with it. Then it's off to Collective Groove's annual "Memories" campout (which is celebrating it's 5 year this year, btw.). This year I'll be following up Jelo on Saturday night, but being this event is such a great time, I do plan on heading up Friday for some early fun, so come say hello if you spot me. Ticket prices are now at the $30 mark, but that's more than fair for a 2 night / 3 day campout (hell it's cheaper than most 8 hour events with equivalent headliners)... so if you are still looking for something to do, quit looking and get your tickets to Memories now while you still can.
June 13th, 2008 Happy Friday the 13th! It's Gonna Be one HELL of a Weekend! This is one of those weekends I've been anxiously awaiting for. It all starts out at Freaky Friday; a most insane event going down in the heart of San Francisco and one that has already reached capacity event though things haven't kicked off yet. Happy Birthday Le-Anne! ; ) Then it's off to the 8th anniversary of the Stilldream campout series. As most of you know, the location has moved and from what I've heard from people there setting up, it's far sweeter than any of the past venues this historic gathering has taken place. If you haven't gotten your tickets yet, then you may still be in luck for door tickets (they are $60 at the door which covers the entire weekend, Fri - Sun). Speaking of Stilldream, I've finally gotten my hands on the recording that was captured during mine vs. Forest Green's set at Stilldream 2007. So go ahead and grab that baby... Click

February 16th, 2008 More Event Pix... First, a trip down memory lane with some pix from my trip down to Drift in San Francisco back on January 10th. It was a great night and the pix prove that. BTW - for you reality TV fans out there... see if you can spot the Top Chef contestant (hint... she damn near won Season 1). Click here to view the night's pix. This past weekend I spent the weekend up in Reno where I performed at John Moon's B-Day Bash with an amazing cast of folks including Deadmau5, Frankie Bones, Dig Dug and many more. January 16th, 2008 BURNLESQUE Pix... Many thanks to the hundreds of you who came out and got downright dirty with me down in the Bay. Drift in San Francisco last Thursday started things off. The 2 + hour set I was given allowed me the rare chance to let it all hang out and with a way-over capacity crowd hanging with me the whole time, it proved to be a most incredible kick-off event for the rest of my weekend. Then came Burnlesque, the SFSI.org benefit in Emeryville on Saturday, and again all I can really say is "Wow"! Fire, art, sensuality, great people, great music and an incredible space compliments of the Department of Spontaneous Combustion, were the elements that helped make this another incredible experience. Here's to hoping you were all able to bring in the new year in your own special sort of way. For me it was a night of total celebration with the chance to say goodbye to 2007 at "A Night to Remember" in Sacramento and hello to 2008 at Sweet's! "Only a Moment" reunion event in San Francisco with some of my closest friends and longtime supporters. I couldn't have asked for a better way to spend the night. Now that we're into 2008, I should point out that my events page is now updated with new upcoming events. This coming weekend, I'll be spending 3 nights in a row back in the Bay Area.
